Driving Directions
We're centrally located in the industrial corridor of South Los Angeles, making us accessible from virtually anywhere in the greater LA area. Here are directions from major areas.
From Downtown LA / DTLA
~15 minutesHead south on Palmetto Street from downtown. Continue straight through the Arts District and past Vernon. Our yard is on the right side of Palmetto Street, just south of Slauson Avenue. You will see our signage from the road.
From Hollywood / West Hollywood
~25-35 minutesTake the 101 South to the 110 South. Exit at Slauson Avenue and head east. Continue on Slauson for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach Palmetto Street. Turn right (south) on Palmetto. Our yard is immediately on the right.
From Santa Monica / Westside
~30-40 minutesTake the 10 East toward downtown Los Angeles. Exit at Palmetto Street and head south. Continue south on Palmetto for approximately 4 miles, passing through the industrial district. Our yard is on the right, just past Slauson Avenue.
From Long Beach / South Bay
~20-30 minutesTake the 710 North (Long Beach Freeway). Exit at Slauson Avenue and head west. Continue on Slauson approximately 1 mile to Palmetto Street. Turn right (south) on Palmetto. Our yard will be immediately on the right side.
From Pasadena / San Gabriel Valley
~25-35 minutesTake the 110 South from Pasadena through downtown LA. Exit at Slauson Avenue and head east. Follow Slauson for about 2.5 miles to Palmetto Street. Turn right on Palmetto and our yard is immediately on the right.
From Orange County / Anaheim
~35-50 minutesTake the 5 North to the 710 North. Exit at Slauson Avenue and head west for approximately 1 mile. Turn right (south) on Palmetto Street. Our yard is on the right side, just south of the Slauson intersection.
Parking Information
We have ample on-site parking designed to accommodate everything from compact cars to full-size contractor vehicles with trailers.
Customer Parking
Dedicated customer parking lot with 25+ spaces located directly in front of our main entrance and sales office. Clearly marked and always free. Pull-through spaces available for easy maneuvering.
Truck & Trailer Parking
Our yard features oversized parking bays designed for contractor trucks, flatbeds, and vehicles with trailers. Loading areas are located adjacent to the parking so you can back in directly for easy loading. Spaces can accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet in length.
Loading Zone
Our dedicated loading zone is staffed during all business hours. For large orders, our team will load your vehicle using a forklift. Please stay in designated safe areas during loading operations. Average loading time is 15-20 minutes for standard orders.
What to Expect When You Visit
Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning customer, here's what a typical visit to our yard looks like.
Check In
When you arrive, head to our main office located at the front of the yard. Our sales team will greet you, ask about your project needs, and provide a yard map if it is your first visit. No appointment necessary for browsing.
Browse the Yard
Our lumber yard spans over 2 acres and is organized by species, grade, and application. Species sections are clearly labeled with signage. A staff member can accompany you to help identify the best materials for your project.
Select & Measure
Pick out the pieces you want. Each piece of reclaimed lumber is unique, so hand selection is encouraged. Our staff will help you measure and calculate quantities. We have measuring stations located throughout the yard.
Process & Load
Once you have made your selection, we will process your order at the sales desk. Payment is accepted via cash, check, or card. Our loading crew will then prepare and load your materials, typically in under 20 minutes.
Visitor Tips
- Wear closed-toe shoes — our yard is an active workspace with heavy materials.
- Bring measurements and project plans if possible so we can assist you more effectively.
- If you need custom milling, allow an extra 30-60 minutes or plan to pick up on a later date.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the yard.
- We provide complimentary coffee and water in our sales office.
- Ask about our contractor loyalty program if you are a trade professional.

We deliver throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire. Contact us for delivery rates to your area. Delivery is free for orders over $2,000 within a 30-mile radius of our yard.

- ADA-compliant parking spaces located closest to the main entrance.
- Our sales office and showroom are fully wheelchair accessible with ramp entry.
- Paved pathways connect the office to primary yard areas. Some areas of the yard are on packed gravel — staff assistance is available for navigation.
- Accessible restroom facilities available in the main office building.
- Assistance animals are welcome throughout the facility.
Remote & Alternative Services

- We offer virtual consultations for customers who cannot visit in person. Email us to schedule a video call with a lumber specialist.
- Delivery service available to bring materials directly to your project site, eliminating the need for a yard visit.
- Our staff can select materials on your behalf based on your specifications and send you photos for approval before delivery.
